Job Description
Just Cause
Reason for firing. There are two approaches for the termination of a worker with or without just cause. To meet the high standard of just cause, a worker must have done something seriously incompatible with the continuation of the employment relationship. Examples include intentionally disregarding duties (insubordination) and dishonesty such as stealing. The burden of proving just cause lies with the employer.
